1. Who we are
This website is operated by Garbhaveda, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400601. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The site is informational
This website provides information about our practice. It does not provide medical advice for your individual situation. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Enquiries and appointments
Submitting the enquiry form is a request for contact. It is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have spoken to you and confirmed a date and time.
We aim to respond to enquiries on the same working day, but we cannot guarantee a response time. Please telephone for anything urgent.
4. Cancellations
If you cannot attend a booked appointment, please let us know as far in advance as you can, so the slot can be offered to another mother. If we have to reschedule you — which occasionally happens, because births do not keep to diaries — we will contact you as early as possible and offer the earliest alternative.
5. Fees
Consultation and programme fees are told to you before any service is provided. Fees quoted for a consultation do not include investigations, medicines, procedures or hospital charges, which are billed separately by whoever provides them.
6. Accuracy
We try to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or completely up to date. Content may change without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The text, articles, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Garbhaveda unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal use. Republishing our written content elsewhere, in whole or in substantial part, requires our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, submit false information through the enquiry form, use it to send unsolicited messages, or collect data from it by automated means.
9. Photographs and consent
Photographs of patients and their families appear on this website only where that family has given written permission. If you are a patient and would like a photograph removed, tell us and it will be taken down the same day.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for the clinical care we actually provide to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
